FEATURES
- Description
BF-T6 can rotate at high speed and can machine small holes with high precision. It can be used for the machining of small plates, discs and housings and is widely used in the 3C, automotive, watch, electronics, small moulds and medical device industries.
- Main structure
The machine tool is of C-type structure, mainly composed of table, column, saddle, base, spindle box, hydraulic system, lubrication system, cooling, and filtering system, electric control system, and other components.
- Machine design
Adopt large span support, according to the principle of Bessel physical deformation resistance, so that the casting has the best deformation resistance structure. The body is designed by Finite Element Analysis(FEA) to ensure the stability and rigidity of the mechanism.
- Base
Adopt wider design, compared with the ordinary structure, its base is more stable and more rigid.
- Column
It adopts the widened and large span herringbone design to increase the rigidity of the body and enhance the torsional and bending resistance. At the same time, it enlarges the contact surface with the base for more stable processing.
- Spindle
The spindle has an enlarged bore spindle with 7009 bearings, compared to 7008 bearings generally used in the industry, for a more rigid spindle. The spindle pulling force is strengthened, industry standard 350 kgs, we can achieve 450kg for drilling and tapping.
- Motor
Both the spindle and three axis are with powerful motors, and the large torque brings stronger cutting force and cutting rigidity.
- Screw
All three axis adopt high precision grade screw, with appropriate pre-stretching to eliminate transmission gap and reduce the accuracy change due to thermal expansion.
- Guideway
The 3 axis adopt 30/30/35mm heavy-duty ball guides with high load capacity and low wear and tear, which can ensure the minimum of movement unit.
- Lubrication system
The whole machine's guideway and screw are all adopt automatic centralized lubrication system, it can adjust the oil supply cycle and oil supply quantity for each lubrication point, and realize fully automatic centralized lubrication through electrical system control. The spindle bearing and the screw bearing are lubricated with advanced special lithium grease.
- Cooling system
The spindle is equipped with two types of cooling system as standard: cutting fluid cooling device and cutting blowing device.
